At email.coreysportfolio.com, we operate a secure email delivery infrastructure designed for enterprise-grade communications. This Privacy Standard outlines our commitment to data integrity and protection within our network (69.5.175.0/24).

1. Data Collection & Purpose

Our systems process technical metadata required for secure email routing, including:

• Sender and Recipient metadata for delivery validation.
• IP addresses and authentication logs (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Engagement metrics strictly for deliverability optimization and abuse prevention.

2. Anti-Abuse & Zero-Spam Policy

email.coreysportfolio.com maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards unsolicited commercial email (UCE). Our infrastructure monitors outbound traffic in real-time to ensure:

• All recipients have provided explicit opt-in consent.
• Every email contains a functional, one-click unsubscribe mechanism.
• Zero-rate complaint thresholds are maintained via JMRP and FBL programs.

3. Data Retention & Security

Metadata is retained for a period of 30 days to facilitate troubleshooting and security audits, after which it is programmatically purged. We employ AES-256 encryption for all data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit.

4. ISP & Partner Relations

We work closely with major Inbox Service Providers (ISPs) to ensure full transparency. If you are a Postmaster or Security Analyst, we provide dedicated channels for reporting anomalies or requesting technical audits.
